How to use
White Sage: When necessary, open the windows, place a bunch of leaves into a small fireproof container, light it up with a lighter and allow the tips of the leaves to burn and smolder. Set your intentions. Walk around the space or person you wish to cleanse clockwise, imagining the negative energy and vibes flowing away with the smoke.
 
Palo Santo:  
Take the stick of Palo Santo, light it with a lighter or match and allow it to burn for 20 seconds before blowing it out. Move around the space in which you wish to clear the energy, allowing the smoke to waft around each area. As you take the Palo Santo stick into the corners of each room or space you are cleansing, allow the Palo Santo to cleanse and fill your space with positivity and harmony.
Once you feel you have cleansed your space, place the Palo Santo stick in a fireproof bowl and allow the embers to burn out.
 
Note:
Sage is good for heavy duty cleansing and helps return things and spaces to a clean slate. Palo Santo cleanses AND invites positive energies, thus it is best to use both of them together. Selenite is an all rounder cleansing crystal, which helps to protect, cleanse and charge crystals and spaces.
